Physical Products (Smart Gadgets & Other Products)
Physical products sold directly by GOTOSHARP may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Important Delivery & Unboxing Requirement
To help protect both customers and GOTOSHARP from shipping disputes and fraudulent claims, we strongly recommend recording a clear, uninterrupted video while opening your package upon delivery.
The unboxing video should clearly show:
- The unopened package before opening.
- The shipping label and package condition.
- The complete unboxing process.
- All items and accessories received inside the package.
This video may be required when reporting:
- Damaged products.
- Incorrect products received.
- Missing items.
- Missing parts or accessories.
- Products that appear defective upon arrival.
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective, customers should contact GOTOSHARP within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence, including photographs and, where available, an unboxing video.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was received.
- Essential parts or accessories are missing.
- The product is eligible under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition whenever possible.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
eBooks & Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, downloadable guides, templates, digital resources, and other digital downloads sold by GOTOSHARP are final.
Once an eBook or digital product has been purchased, downloaded, delivered, or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Courses
Courses sold directly by GOTOSHARP are covered by a 7-Day Refund Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with a course purchased directly from GOTOSHARP, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
Affiliate Courses, Products & Third-Party Services
Some products, courses, software, travel services, and resources featured on GOTOSHARP are offered by independent third-party providers through affiliate partnerships.
GOTOSHARP does not process refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or support requests for products or services purchased from third-party websites.
All refund, return, cancellation, and customer support requests must be directed to the respective third-party provider and will be subject to their own policies and terms.
